PCCHS Hall of Fame
To maintain the integrity of the program, the following criteria are established for nominations:

Nominees must have and continue to exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and moral character.

All candidates will be judged on their significant and/or long-term contributions to Pike County Central High School.

Candidates whose careers ended five or more years ago and who are deceased will be considered against the accomplishments of their contemporaries as much as possible.

It would be good to include additional support materials for candidates, such as letters from individuals who had some involvement with the nominee.

Candidates must be out of high school a minimum of five years. Former members of the teaching faculty and or coaching staff may be considered eligible two years after their last active duty.

The total number elected may be at most ten individuals annually.

All members must be voted on by the committee and receive a majority vote.

Must be a Graduate of PCCHS for student accomplishment awards.

Purpose

The purpose of the PCCHS Hall of Fame is to honor and recognize individuals who, by their actions or achievements in their chosen fields, bring honor and distinction to the heritage of Pike County Central High School.

Selection Committee

The selection committee shall be composed of seven to ten members appointed by the school principal.
